old cheddar cheese
romain lettuce or anything leafy
mayonaise

served on roll or on bread

Mike is also going to be on the Internet Radio tomorow. Its pretty high tech so turn that dial to, or should I say, type this into your online station:

i guess i missed mike. my friend mike is also a chef. i wonder if your name has something to do about the destiny of your career. i wonder what 'courtney's' mostly do. all my luck... they're mostly day care workers changing dirty diapers all day.

i think it's better that i don't carry this thought off too far and lose what might be left of any personal ambition.

Mike isnt a real chef, he is a writer but like most writers he has worked in the food industry. I have only met two Courtney's. One was a wandering traveler in Fiji on her way home to Oshawa without a job and the other was a chef. She got married to Chandler and I dont know if she cooks anymore.

As for Chris Tuckers they are ususally actors or graphic designers and one of them is a photographer. Can't you understand the words commin out of my mouth?
